5 Financial Accounting Work With Good Salary
Based
on personal experience, so far, I find there are 5 of the most suitable
position for a fresh graduate and paid pretty good, yiatu:
1. Financial
Analyst - Financial Analyst position could be needed by an individual
or institution (entity)-certainly the profit-oriented.
Occupation:
the basic tasks of a financial analyst is to translate the information
(read: data) to form the basis of financial considerations in business
decision-making, particularly for the benefit of future strategy,
including investments.
Salary range: the range of the salary of a financial analyst, in the early years, between 500 dollars to 1000 dollars per month.
Education Required: education typically last a financial analyst Strata 1 Accounting or Financial Management. The
deepening of these professions can be done by taking special courses
certified financial analyst, with a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
Career
Prospects: the career of a financial analyst binis growing along with
the growth of the company / individual where or for whom he worked. Of
course, a financial analyst career advancement is determined by how
powerful and precise analysis he produced (so how accurate output
generated analysis to be used as the input of decision-making). And
the sharpness of an analysis the analyst is determined by the
experience and capabilities of each individual analyst itself. In,
financial analyst handles many securities firms that manage investment
portfolios of its clients, or the profession as an independent
stockbroker. CFA holds very helpful in career analyst. Clients would be more confident if it is held by a CFA than not.
2. Accountant
- Whether it's working for public accounting services firm (KAP) or
become an accountant for a particular industry (factories, hospitals,
hotels, retailers, auto dealers, oil company, etc.), the position of
accountant always suitable for fresh graduates. However, for large enterprise-perusahaa, this position is usually filled by many of those who have experienced. While
for small and medium enterprises, fresh graduate accountant CAN fill
positions, all have considerable technical skills of accounting.
Occupation:
I do not feel the need to elaborate the work of an accountant, an
accountant basically work wherever it (either in service or in other
industries KAP) not far from the preparation of the financial
statements.
Salary range: salary of an accountant in the early years ranged from 5 to 10 million per month.
Education Required: I know, in, called the accountant usually only those who are certified. Internationally, an accountant is not necessarily certified, which is important already passed Strata 1 Accounting. Of
course, a good accountant is berserifikat-Certified Management
Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) can make a more
shining career (with a higher salary of course). Even so, taking the deepening program accounting profession (PPAk) and certification exams can be done while working.
Career Prospects: Career accountant including a career type 'classic' that is not 'dead'. An accountant is always necessary in any condition. Of
course, the macro-economic growth and a stable business environment
positive effect on the career prospects of an accountant. With
increased experience and education (see above), a career as an
accountant will continue to increase, from junior to senior / management
level, to executives: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-to a particular
industry or Managing Partner for the firm public accounting services
provider . Accountant who holds a certificate (CMA or CPA) can usually reach management level more quickly than those who do not. For the executive level, as well as certification of accountants, also need a minimum level S2 Business School (MBA).
3. Accounts
Payable / Receivable Clerk - I often get the question "Do I have a good
career if only vocational school graduates majoring in Accounting
(formerly SMEA)? '. My answer: CAN.
Work:
The main work of an AP / AR Clerk is to handle the accounting process
of debt / credit course (especially the input of data and preparation of
the transaction receipt). And for this work, a vocational graduates-had been able to do it, do not have to S1 Accounting.
Salary range: salary for this position is not as good as Financial Analyst or accountan, but it is pretty good. For the first years ranged from 3 to 5 million per month.
Education Required: position of accounts payable / receivable clerk should ALWAYS BE graduates S1. Even
so, for career advancement, I menyarakankan to those who have not
completed education up to S1 so smart to save money, so they can set
aside money to continue the study (S1) class of the afternoon / evening.
Throughout there is a strong willingness to learn and progress, I'm sure anyone SURE CAN.
Career Prospects: The position of accounts payable / receivable is not a position that is promising for the future. In a way, this position is only suitable for a fresh graduate (not for those who are old enough to work). BUT, this position is most likely / easy to be achieved even by those who have the ability to just barely. But
as I have already above: that is not a career path in place, those who
have not completed the S1 level should continue to study. Limited education, it should only be temporary, as long as there is a will and determination to continue to learn and progress.
4. Auditor - Okay. These include the position of the most sought-especially among young males accounting. There
are 2 kinds of auditors, namely: (a) internal auditor-work for a
company in a certain industry, and (b) external / independent auditor
working for Vendor-independent audit service providers (public
accounting firm).
Occupation:
in principle, both the auditor has a typical range of similar jobs,
namely: ensuring the company's financial statements in accordance with
existing accounting standards (auditingnya term "does not contain a
material misstatement", whether caused by fraud (embezzlement) or
erroneous (error unintentional.)
What is different is the final audit. External Auditor (independent)
provide an opinion on the financial statements of the company (whether
fair or unlicensed). while more internal auditors suggest improvements
to management, with respect to adherence to the system operations its internal control, the various regulations (Bappepam and taxes), including the concept of Good Corporate Governance.
Salary
range: in terms of salary, for the first years, internal auditors
typically earn a better salary than the external (independent) auditor
who worked on the KAP. Salary internal auditors at large companies, in the first years, ranging from 7 to 10 million / month. The external auditor (in KAP) ranged between 5 and 7 million / month.
Education Required: For starters careers, education level required for both types of accounting auditor is S1. For
career advancement, both types have the same auditor could take
accounting profession deepening program (PPAk) and take the exam or the
Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. After
holding a certificate of professional auditor (either CIA or CPA), an
auditor salary usually increases with the number significantly. In this level auditor external auditor typically earn higher salaries than internal auditors.
Career Prospects: not much different from the accountant, auditor career prospects are always good in any condition. However, the position of external auditor has career prospects tend to be better than the internal auditor.
5. Credit Analyst - The position / credit analyst position not quite popular, when compared with the others. In the university environment, except in the big cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, this position is not much discussed. The widely known is the "employee of the credit".
Job:
A credit analyst is generally required by financial institutions-be it
banking or finance industry (finance), to measure (analyze) the ability
of prospective loan seekers to pay principal and interest installment
loan.
Salary
range: In the early years, good credit analyst for a bank or finance
company, both earn a pretty good salary, ranging between 5 to 7 million
per month.
Education
Requirements: education needed to fill the position of credit analyst
usually tend to S1 Accounting (to be), although S1 Financial Management
with concentration also.
Career
Prospects: The increasing purchasing power (and the consumerism trend
no signs of decline), making business financing (finance) the fly. Thus indirectly the position of credit analyst increasingly needed in the days to come. Management level that can be achieved by a credit analyst is a Risk Manager, under the Treasurer and CFO of course.
Now that he's 5 financial accounting work, which I think is pretty good salary for a fresh graduate.
